CC MINS 19810428 ADJM I N U T E S RANCHO PALOS VERDES CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING APRIL 28, 1981 The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Jacki Bacharach at the Palos Verdes Unified School District Building, notice having been given with affidavit thereto on file. Roll call was answered as follows: PRESENT: RYAN, SHAW, DYDA, HEIN & MAYOR BACHARACH ABSENT: NONE Also present were City Manager Donald Guluzzy, Director of Planning Sharon W. Hightower, Director of Parks & Recreation Maynard Law, Community Services Director Tom Bandy, Administrative Assistant Julie Christensen, and Deputy City Clerk Mary Jo Lofthus. Also present were representatives of Albert C. Martin and Associates. CIVIC CENTER FEASIBILITY STUDY The representatives from Albert C. Martin presented their Civic Center Complex Feasi- bility Study dated April 28, 1981. Additionally, they made a slide presentation showing several different design alternatives to accommodate the various departments within the City. Upon completion of the presentation, it was the consensus of Council that additional work sessions would be necessary to discuss this matter and that ultimately it should be in- cluded in the Capital Improvements Budget process. REORGANIZATION City Manager presented his proposed re- organization of City Staff. After Council discussion, it was determined that the City Manager and the Mayor should meet with department heads to further discuss this proposal. REVENUE /EXPENDITURE PROJECTIONS FOR THE EASTVIEW AREA ADJOURNMENT DONALD F. GULUZZY, CITY CLERK & EX OFFICIO CLERK OF THE COUNCIL The City Manager & Council discussed report of April 8, 1981 which projected revenues and expenditures. No action was taken. At 12:00 A.M., the meeting was adjourned on motion of Councilman Dyda, seconded by Councilwoman Shaw and carried. MAYOR
