The City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes on adopted Resolution No. 82 -69 entitled "A RESOLUTION OF THE October 5th, 1982, P CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO NG REGARDING ABANDONMENT OF RIGHT OF WAY OF A PORTION OF CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING PALOS VERDES DRIVE EAST BETWEEN MIRALESTE PLAZA AND CORSI NI PLACE," and setting a time and place for a public hearing thereon. of the proposed street vacation were duly published Section 2. The City it Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes held November 3, 1982 and on i�.ebrua "ry 15, 1983 at 7:30 public hearings thereon on No � ' ock P.M. in the Council Chambers located at 30942 Hawthorne Boulevard, Rancho o cl at Palos Verdes, California, a which time said council heard all evidence offered by persons interested in said vacation. Section 4. The City Council has considered the General Plan of the City s the right of way vacation Rancho Palos Verdes and finds ation to be in conformity with 8 said General Plan, which does not designate Palos Verdes Drive East as having a 150' width. Section 5. Section 4. The City Council has considered the General Plan of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes and finds the right of way vacation to be in conformity with said General Plan, which does not designate Palos Verdes Drive East as having a 150' width. Section 5.
