A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS
VERDES, AMENDING RESOLUTION 2012 -43, THE BUDGET APPROPRIATION
FOR FY12 -13, TO ADJUST THE BUDGET IN VARIOUS FUNDS OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, on June 19, 2012, the City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes
adopted Resolution 2012 -43, approving a spending plan and authorizing a budget
appropriation for FY12 -13: and
WHEREAS, on March 19, 2013, the City Council directed Staff to defer the Hawthorne
Blvd. median improvement project appropriated in FY12 -13, and to transfer an amount
equal to the FY11 -12 favorable General Fund expenditure variance from the General
Fund to the Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) Fund Reserve; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that the FY12 -13 budget be adjusted.
BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO PALOS VERDES:
