A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO PALOS VERDES ESTABLISHING PERMIT PARKING
ON SAN RAMON DRIVE
WHEREAS, the.City adopted Ordinance No. 142 on November 4, 1981;
and
WHEREAS , the Traffic Committee has determined that parking problems
exist on San Ramon Drive, and
WHEREAS, residents have overwhelmingly indicated their support for
instituting permit parking.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes
does resolve that:
1. San Ramon Drive be included in the City's permit parking
system.
2. The hours of permit parking shall be 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
per day on all days of the year.
3. That Don Winston and Mrs. L. R. Mc Creight be delegated to
implement permit parking through the use of appropriate
vehicle stickers.
4. The duly authorized police agency of the City be directed to
enforce this resolution upon certification by the City Manager
or his designee that the residents of San Ramon Drive have
complied with provisions of Ordinance No. 142 and this
resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED April 16, 1985.
