A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING A REVISION TO
CONDITION 41A AND ADDING CONDITION 41 OF
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 44239 (VILLA CAPRI)
WHEREAS, Lanco Engineering has requested approval to revise Condition
41A of Tentative Tract Map No. 44239; and
WHEREAS, after notice issued pursuant to the provisions of the City's
Development Code a public hearing was held on December 17, 1987, at which time
all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard and to present
evidence.
NOW, THE RE F ORE , THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PAL OS VERDE S
DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the proposed revision will be consistent with the
requirements of the Los Angeles County Fire Department regarding fire flow
rating.
Section 2: That the proposed revision would maintain an adequate fire
flow rating for the project and no reduction in public safety would result.
Section 3: That the revision is in compliance with the City's General
Plan, Development Code and Residential Planned Development Standards for the
project.
Section 4: For the foregoing reasons the City Council of the City of
Rancho Palos Verdes hereby grants approval of a revision to Tentative Tract Map
No. 44239, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Exhibit "A ".
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of December 1987.

EXHIBIT "A"
Revis ion to Tentative Tract Map 44239 is approved subject to the following
condition:
1 . Condition 413, Exhibit "A ", Resolution 86 -41 is amended as follows:
"The developer shall meet all requirements of the Los Angeles County Fire
Department as specified in their review comments of the Tentative Map. Such
includes, but is not limited to:
a. 2,250 gallons per minute flow for two (2) hours.
f. Each building shall have one (1) approved 2 hour fire division wall
installed as indicated by the Fire Department on the construction plans*
