A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92 -99,
THE BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992 -93
FOR TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENTS AT VIA CASILINA.
WHEREAS, Section 3.32 of the Rancho Palos Verdes Municipal Code
provides that all expenditures in excess of budgeted allocations
must be by supplemental appropriation of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, on September 29, 1992, the City Council of the City of
Rancho Palos Verdes adopted Resolution 92 -99, approving a spending
plan and authorizing a budget appropriation for the 1992-93 fiscal
year; and
WHEREAS, on December 15, 1992 City Council determined that certain
improvements be made for the design and realignment of traffic
stripping at Via Casilina.
BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO PALOS VERDES:
That the following adjustment be made to the 1992 -93 City budget:
Increase the appropriation in the Gas Tax Fund (102- 302 -33) by
$31,0000
