CC RES 1997-078RESOLUTION NO. 97- 78 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES AMENDING RESOLUTION 96 -37, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1996 -97, TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE PROPOSITION C FUND TO THE STREET MAINTENANCE (GAS TAX) FUND WHEREAS, Section 3.32 of the Rancho Palos Verdes Municipal Code provides that all expenditures in excess of budgeted allocations must be by supplemental appropriation of the City Council; and WHEREAS, On June 4, 1996, the City Council of the City of the Rancho Palos Verdes adopted Resolution No. 96 -37, approving a spending plan and authorizing a budget appropriation of the 1996 -97 fiscal year; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires that a fund transfer be made from the Proposition C Fund to the Street Maintenance fund in the amount of $19,770; and BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES: Transfer $19,770 from the Proposition C fund to the Street Maintenance (Gas Tax) fund. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THE 2ND DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1997.
