REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 4, 2012
The meeting was called to order at 11:08 P.M. on December 4, 2012, by Chair Brooks
at Fred Hesse Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Blvd.
Improvement Authority roll call was answered as follows:
PRESENT: Campbell, Duhovic, Knight, Misetich and Chair Brooks
ABSENT: None
Also present were Chief Administrative Officer Carolyn Lehr, Deputy Administrative
Officer /Interim Director of Recreation and Parks Carolynn Petru, Commission Attorney
Carol Lynch, Director of Finance /Information Technology Dennis McLean, and
Commission Secretary Carla Morreale.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Commissioner Misetich moved, seconded by Chair Brooks, to approve the Agenda as
presented.
The motion carried as follows:

APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commissioner Misetich moved, seconded by Chair Brooks, to approve the Consent
Calendar, as presented.

Approval of the Minutes
Approved the minutes of the November 7, 2012 Regular Meeting.
October 2012 Monthly Report of Cash Balances
Received and filed the October 2012 Monthly Report of Cash Balances for the Rancho
Palos Verdes Improvement Authority.
Register of Demands
ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. IA 2012 -15, A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO
PALOS VERDES IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY, ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS FROM WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.
