Authorize License Agreement for Work on Private Property Incidental to Current Storm (Supports 2012 City Council Goal No. 4 Public Infrastructure) Drain Lining Project (Winje) Recommendation: 1) Approve and Authorize the Mayor to execute License Agreements for brush clearing and other work incidental to the ongoing storm drain lining project with owners of properties at 29040 Palos Verdes Drive East, 29048 Palos Verdes Drive East and 2873 Colt Road, all in Rancho Palos Verdes; and, 2) Authorize the City Attorney to make minor modifications to the License Agreements as necessary. I. Register of Demands (McLean) Recommendation: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2012-__, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS FROM WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID. # # # # # # PUBLIC HEARING: 1.Use of State Funding for Supplemental Police Services – CORE Police Team (Petru) (10 mins) Recommendation: Approve the continued use of COPS (Citizen Option for Police Services) grant in FY12-13 to partially fund the CORE Police Team. REGULAR BUSINESS: 2. Amendments to the Approved Preserve Trails Plan (PTP) for the Palos Verdes Nature (3 hrs) (Supports 2012 City Council Goal – Trail System Enhancement) Preserve (Mihranian) Recommendation: 1) Approve a trails plan for the Filiorum Reserve which was added to the Preserve in 2009; and, 2) Approve 13 Staff proposed amendments and 2 corrections to the Preserve Trails Plan currently in effect that was approved by the City Council in 2008. 3.
