ADOPT RESOL. NO. 2004- , AUTHORIZING THE
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN CITY RECORDS AS PROVIDED BY SECTION
34090 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
MAKING CERTAIN CHANGES TO EXISTING RETENTION SCHEDULES AND

Approve the Retainer Agreement with Baker Botts LLP to
represent the City of Rancho Palos Verdes in connection with the Abrams v. City of

Agreement; and (3) ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2004-, AMENDING RESOLUTION

8. FY04-05 Additions to the Consolidated Loan Agreement between the City and

Recommendation:
Receive and file the staff report, which provides information
regarding the FY04-05 advance of $60,907 to the Rancho Palos Verdes
Redevelopment Agency (“Agency”). The Consolidated Loan Agreement dated
December 1, 2003 authorizes the FY04-05 advance.
