Pontevedra Emergency Storm Drain Repairs (Holland) Recommendation: Review and reconfirm by a four/fifths (4/5) vote, the Council’s previous action on December 6, 2005 to authorize staff to conduct an informal bid process to repair the Pontevedra storm drain line. Used Oil Recycling Block Grant for FY 2006-07 (Ramezani) th Recommendation: 1) Authorize the application of the FY 2006-07 (12 Cycle) used oil block grant to continue the used oil and filter recycling program for City of Rancho Palos Verdes (City) residents; and 2) ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2006- , A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE ANY AGREEMENTS, CONTRACTS, AND REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT AS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE PROGRAM. 6.
