Recommendation:
Approve the minutes of the September 1, 2009 Regular
Meeting.
B. License Agreement between AMCAL and the Rancho Palos Verdes
Redevelopment Agency to Allow Grading on RDA Property for the Approved
Affordable Housing Complex Located at the NW Corner of Crestridge Road and
Crenshaw Boulevard (Pfost)
Recommendation:
Authorize the Chairman to execute the License Agreement
on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency (“Agency”) with AMCAL Mirandela Fund
L.P., a California Limited Partnership (“developer”) pertaining to the grading
operations for the approved 34-unit “Mirandela” Affordable Housing Project.

Recommendation:
ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2009-___, A
RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY, ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING
FUNDS FROM WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.
