CC RES 2012-010 RESOLUTION NO. 2012-10 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, AMENDING RESOLUTION 2011-44, THE BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR FY11-12, TO ADJUST THE BUDGET IN VARIOUS FUNDS OF THE CITY. WHEREAS, on June 21, 2011, the City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes adopted Resolution 2011-44, approving a spending plan and authorizing a budget appropriation for FY11-12: and WHEREAS, certain FY11-12 revenues, expenditures and operating transfers, as described in the Midyear Financial Analysis and identified below, are expected to deviate from the amount budgeted; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires that the FY11-12 budget be adjusted.
