Recommendation: Adopt a motion to waive reading in full of all ordinances

Recommendation: Approve the Minutes of the September 20, 2008 Adjourned

Recommendation: Receive and file the current report on the status of border
issues.
4. Household Hazardous Waste /Electronics Waste Collection Siting Liability
Agreement with the County of Los Angeles (Ramezani)
Recommendation: Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the attached
Household Hazardous Waste and Electronic Waste Collection Siting Liability
Agreement with the County of Los Angeles and County Sanitation District No. 2
of Los Angeles County.
5. Claim Against the City by Kathleen Pappo (Gyves)
Recommendation: Reject the claim and direct staff to notify the claimant.
6. Claim Against the City by Ana Martinez (Gyves)
Recommendation: Reject the claim and direct staff to notify the claimant.
7. Notice of Completion - Palos Verdes Drive South (PVDS) Storm Drain
Rehabilitation (Dragoo)
Recommendation: 1) Accept the work as complete; and 2) Authorize the City
