Proposal to Develop a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) For Residential Property (30 mins) (ZON2010-00332)/Citywide (Schonborn) Recommendation: The Planning Commission recommends that a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) or other maximum structure size limit not be imposed since the City’s current regulations and Neighborhood Compatibility review process works to regulate residential construction and helps preserve the character of existing neighborhoods.
