Management of Rentals at Founders Park (Odom) (30 mins) Recommendation: 1) Discontinue private party rentals at Founders Park; 2) Direct staff to increase marketing of the Point Vicente Interpretive Center (PVIC) as the primary rental site for private party rentals; and, 3) Direct staff to investigate venues for small private party rentals that are not in direct competition with private sector businesses.
