AN AMENDED CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE CONTAINING REVISED
DESIGNATED POSITIONS, DISCLOSURE CATEGORIES, AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. IA 2006-13.
3. June 2008 Treasurer’s Report (McLean)
Recommendation:
Receive and file the June 2008 Treasurer’s Report for the
Rancho Palos Verdes Improvement Authority.
4. Register of Demands (McLean)
Recommendation:
ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. IA 2008-___, A RESOLUTION
OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY,
ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS
FROM WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.
