RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING
APRIL 5, 2011
The meeting was called to order at 9:28 P.M. by Chair Long at Fred Hesse Community
Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard.
Redevelopment Agency roll call was answered as follows:
PRESENT: Campbell, Misetich, Wolowicz, and Chair Long
ABSENT: Stern (excused)
Also present were Executive Director Carolyn Lehr, Assistant Agency Attorney David
Snow, and Agency Secretary Carla Morreale.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Member Wolowicz moved, seconded by Member Campbell, to approve the Agenda as
presented.
Without objection, Chair Long so ordered.
APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR:
Vice Chair Misetich moved, seconded by Member Wolowicz, to approve the Consent
Calendar.
The motion carried as follows:
AYES: Campbell, Misetich, Wolowicz, and Chair Long
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Stern
EMERGENCY ROAD REPAIR PROJECT:
Palos Verdes Drive South (PVDS) Landslide Drainage Grading
Reviewed and reconfirmed by four /fifths (4/5) vote, the Redevelopment Agency's
previous action taken on February 1, 2011, authorizing staff to continue with the actions
taken to perform emergency grading and the re- installation of a storm drainage system
to address drainage within the Portuguese Bend Landslide.
OTHER CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS:
Approval of the Minutes
Approved the minutes of the March 1, 2011 Regular Meeting.
February 2011 Monthly Report of Cash Balances
Received and filed the February 2011 Monthly Report of Cash Balances for the Rancho
Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency.
Register of Demands
ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2011 -05, A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO
PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS FROM WHICH THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.
