EMERGENCY ROAD REPAIR PROJECT:
A. Palos Verdes Drive South Landslide Drainage Grading (Dragoo)
Recommendation:
Review and reconfirm by four/fifths (4/5) vote, the
Redevelopment Agency's previous action taken on February 1, 2011, authorizing
staff to continue with the actions taken to perform emergency grading and the re-
installation of a storm drainage system to address drainage within the
Portuguese Bend Landslide.

B. Approval of the Minutes (Morreale)
Recommendation:
Approve the minutes of the April 19, 2011 Adjourned
Regular Meeting.
C. Approval of a Maintenance Easement on the Parcel of Property that is
Commonly Referred to as Abalone Cove Shoreline Park, which is owned by the
Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency (Lynch)
Recommendation:
1) ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2011-__, A
RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY, AUTHORIZING THE AGENCY’S APPROVAL OF A MAINTENANCE
EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES
REGARDING AGENCY-OWNED PROPERTY; 2) Approve a maintenance
easement over Abalone Cove Shoreline Park, which is owned by the Rancho
Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency; and, 3) Authorize the Chairman to
execute the maintenance easement agreement on behalf of the Rancho Palos
Verdes Redevelopment Agency.
D. March 2011 Monthly Report of Cash Balances (McLean)
Recommendation:
Receive and file the March 2011 Monthly Report of Cash
Balances for the Rancho Palos Verdes Redevelopment Agency.
E. Register of Demands (McLean)
Recommendation:
ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. RDA 2011-__, A RESOLUTION
OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, ALLOWING
CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AND SPECIFYING FUNDS FROM WHICH
THE SAME ARE TO BE PAID.
