REGULAR MEETING
JULY 5, 2011
The meeting was called to order at 11:05 P.M. by Chair Long at Fred Hesse Community
Park, 29301 Hawthorne Boulevard.
Improvement Authority roll call was answered as follows:
PRESENT: Campbell, Misetich, Stern, Wolowicz, and Chair Long
ABSENT: None
Also present were Chief Administrative Officer Carolyn Lehr, Deputy Administrative
Officer Carolynn Petru, Commission Attorney Carol Lynch, Director of Finance/
Information Technology Dennis McLean, and Commission Secretary Carla Morreale.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Commissioner Stern moved, seconded by Vice Chair Misetich, to approve the Agenda
as presented.
Without objection, Chair Long so ordered.
APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commissioner Wolowicz moved, seconded by Commissioner Stern, to approve the
Consent Calendar.
The motion carried as follows:

Approval of the Minutes
Approved the minutes of the June 7, 2011 Regular Meeting.
May 2011 Monthly Report of Cash Balances
Received and filed the May 2011 Monthly Report of Cash Balances for the Rancho
Palos Verdes Improvement Authority.
FY11-12 Improvement Authority Budget
ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. IA 2011-06, A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO
PALOS VERDES JOINT POWERS IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY, ADOPTING THE
OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011-2012.
Improvement Authority Investment Policy - FY11-12
Adopted and filed the FY11-12 Investment Policy for the Rancho Palos Verdes
Improvement Authority.

ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. IA 2011-07, A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO
