CC RES 2007-121 RESOLUTION NO. 2007-121 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2007-71, MODIFYING THE SALARY RANGE FOR THE POSITIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE/PUBLIC WORKS/CABLE TELEVISION INTERN. WHEREAS, on June 19, 2007, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2007-71 containing certain salary and hourly ranges for all competitive and management employee job classifications; and, WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2007-71 includes an hourly range for the part-time positions of Administrative/Public Works/Cable Television Intern of$10.38 - $18.62 per hour; and, WHEREAS, the City Manager has determined that the salary range of$10.38 - $25.00 per hour for the positions of Administrative/Public Works/Cable Television Intern is appropriate and will assist the City in meetings its staffing needs. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 2007-71 is hereby amended to modify the hourly range for the positions of Administrative/Public Works/Cable Television Intern to $10.38– $25.00 per hour, as shown on the revised Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof.
