A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, AMENDING RESOLUTION
2007-70, THE BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2007-08, FOR A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT TO THE
CITY'S GENERAL FUND REVENUE BUDGET.
WHEREAS, Section 3.32 of the Rancho Palos Verdes Municipal Code provides that all
expenditures in excess of budgeted allocations must be by supplemental appropriation of
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, on June 19, 2007, the City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes
adopted Resolution 2007-70, approving a spending plan and authorizing a budget
appropriation for the 2007-08 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, an adjustment in the General Fund revenue budget is necessary to
recognize the expected Proposition 12 grant reimbursement;
BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES:
The following adjustment be made to the following fund:
General Fund (PVIC) State Grant Revenue 101-5060-334-10-00 $360,030
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 20th day of Novem r, 2007.
