CC RES 2011-078 RESOLUTION NO. 2011-78
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES, AMENDING RESOLUTION 2011-44, THE BUDGET
APPROPRIATION FOR FY11-12, TO INCREASE THE BUDGET IN THE
ENVIRONMENTAL EXCISE TAX FUND.
WHEREAS, Section 3.32 of the Rancho Palos Verdes Municipal Code provides that all
expenditures in excess of budgeted allocations must be by supplemental appropriation of the
City Council;
WHEREAS, on June 21, 2011, the City Council of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes adopted
Resolution 2011-44, approving a spending plan and authorizing a budget appropriation for
FY11-12;
WHEREAS, a budget increase to the Environmental Excise Tax (EET) Fund for
infrastructure improvements at the Palos Verdes Nature Preserve.
BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES:
Section One. The following increase be made to the following Environmental Excise Tax
account:
338-3038-461-61-00 EET Minor Equipment in the amount of$10,800.00
