VIGILANT VIDEO Preface The objectives of the start-up and commissioning services of the CarDetector system for fixed camera application are as follows: • Confirm that the system has been installed per manufacturer's recommendations • Configure the system for initial start-up to allow immediate use of all warranted manufacturer's intended features and functionality • Verify the system operates and communicates as specified by manufacturer • Facilitate making any necessary modifications to the system in which may be required to render the system fully operable under conditions in which the system was designed to operate • Offer a feedback report to the end user client which outlines any installation discrepancies between actual installation and manufacturer's recommendations • Alert the end user client to any deficiencies that may result based on observations of site conditions which are different than system design and/or installation intent The start-up and commissioning services DO NOT include the following: • Corrective action of any aspect of contractor's installation outside the manufacturer's installation guide lines • Corrective action resulting from any installation that may result in design or application use outside manufacturer's design and application guide lines • Extend any software/hardware warranty beyond the terms and conditions outlined by the warranty and support services purchased by the end user client Page 3 of 9 Vigilant Video.
