DEPLOYMENT SERVER IMPLEMENTATION I Prosum
1. Overuiew
In support of this initiative, Prosum has recommended to build a Windows Image deployment server to assist in
decreased provisioning time for new workstations and laptops.
Key goals of this project include:
• Provision and configure a Windows deployment server for imaging new workstations
• Build the deployment Image and test functionality with customization for RPV specific application
requirements
• Reduce provisioning time for new users and/or system redeployment
2. Approach. & Scope
Prosum's proven approach is based on industry -standard methodologies and best practices to ensure that the
design that is ultimately selected is in alignment with RPV's business drivers and key requirements. Prosum will
work collaboratively with RPV throughout the process to ensure consensus on the ultimate solution.
As discussed earlier, to ensure a coordinated and well-planned rollout, Prosum recommends a single-phase
approach. Prosum will utilize an efficient approach to minimize the total cost and duration of this project, and
control project risk factors.
The project will begin with a review of requirements to configure the deployment server and configure the
deployment image.
Prosum will also assign a project manager to oversee this effort, ensuring the following elements are included in
the project execution:
• Implementation of standard project controls, including:
• A central repository for documentation
• Project budget
• Project schedule
Status meetings
Immediate communication to RPV of any potential risks, scope changes, or concerns
Prosum's work effort in support of this deployment project will include the tasks below.
• Requirements Gathering
• Confirm Windows 10 and Server Volume licensing
• Server Provisioning and Image build
o One workstation image (for DELL Optiplex - the exact model to be determined)
o One laptop image (for Dell - the exact model to be determined)
• The Windows image will include at a minimum:
o Windows 10 Pro\Enterprise Operating System - auto -activating using MAK provided by the City
o All latest OS updates (as of the project end date)
o Office 2016 Suite - auto -activating using MAK provided by the City
o Latest (as of the project end date) versions of Java, Flash, SilverLight and Adobe Reader

Deliverables:
- As -build documentation in Word or PDF format (to be uploaded to City's SharePoint portal)
- Instructions on how to update and maintain the image to incorporate Windows and applications updates
3. Prosum Project Team Members
The following roles will be provided by Prosum and required for this engagement. Multiple roles can be held by a
single resource.
Sr. Engineer Implementation
IT Manager Manage overall client satisfaction, negotiate contract terms, and act as the
escalation point for client concerns
Infrastructure Architect Design and Planning
Project Manager Manage project resources, schedules and timelines
4. Estimated Cost & TimeUrte
The following table outlines the estimated cost for the scope described in this document. Estimates are based on
our current understanding of project scope, objectives, and deliverables and are subject to the assumptions
above. All work will be performed on a fixed basis and the expected project duration is approximately two (2)
weeks.

5. Assumptions
This statement of work was based on the following assumptions. If these assumptions are discovered to be
incorrect after the project is accepted, the project schedule and/or estimated costs and resources may vary from
that provided to RPV in this Statement of Work.
1. The project start and completion dates are to be mutually determined and agreed upon by both parties
upon receipt of a fully executed SOW (and purchase order if applicable) associated with the Project.
2. This project will be completed approximately One Week from the start date based off preliminary
information and will require Prosum staff on-site for this engagement. The Project duration may vary due
to unforeseen changes or circumstances. Prosum shall use reasonable efforts to forecast and advise client
of such changes or circumstance and shall, in every instance, provide client with prompt written notice of
any changes to the project schedule.
3. Assumes the RPV users will be available to work with Prosum personnel during mutually agreed upon
times and dates.
6. Change Order
Once the Statement of Work has been signed, any modifications to the scope described herein will require a
change order. A change order will define new requirements and impact on delivery time and cost.

7. Acceptance
This document will be deemed accepted upon receipt of a signed copy thereof. Contents of this document supersede
all other documents related to the services described herein. If this document correctly states our agreement, please
sign below and return to Prosum.
