List of EPC applicants (page A-1) BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION: On August 28, 2017, recruitment began for a special vacancy on the City's Emergency Preparedness Committee (EPC). The recruitment was advertised and posted according to City Council Policy No. 6, with the recruitment period ending Friday, September 22, 2017. The City received a total of four (4) applications from residents interested in serving on the EPC. Earlier this evening, the City Council interviewed the candidates. Staff has prepared and will distribute a ballot listing all candidates for the EPC at tonight's City Council meeting. 1 List of EPC applicants 1) Michael de los Reyes 2) Richard R.
