SPECIAL MEETING
JUNE 20, 2017
The meeting was called to order at 6:07 P.M. by Mayor Campbell in the Fireside Room
at Fred Hesse Community Park, 29301 Hawthorne Blvd., notice having been given with
affidavit thereto on file.
City Council roll call was answered as follows:
PRESENT: Brooks, Duhovic, Dyda, and Mayor Campbell
ABSENT: Misetich (excused)
Also present were City Manager Douglas Willmore; Deputy City Manager Gabriella Yap;
and City Clerk Emily Colborn
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Mayor Pro Tem Duhovic moved, seconded by Councilwoman Brooks, to approve the
agenda as presented.
Without objection, Mayor Campbell so ordered.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
None.
REGULAR BUSINESS:
Interview Applicants for the Civic Center Advisory Committee
Council Members conducted an interview of the following applicants for the Civic Center
Advisory Committee: Carolynn Petru; James Townsend Reeves; Wesley McKean; and
Kimberly Offenberg
No action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Campbell adjourned the meeting at 6:42 P.M.
