List of EPC applicants (page A-1) BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION: On February 27, 2017, recruitment began for two open seats on the City's Emergency Preparedness Committee (EPC). The recruitment was advertised and posted according to City Council Policy No. 6, with the recruitment period ending March 24, 2017. The City received a total of four (4) applications from residents interested in serving on the EPC. Earlier this evening, the City Council interviewed the candidates.
