Pool facility to include locker rooms,shower stalls(with curtain), and admission counter.A snack bar and sandwich shop provides nice enjoyment on site. Elevated rows of bleachers maybe included at the pool side for parents/spectators to watch meets and swim lessons. Employment available for lifeguards, Instructors,Snack Bar attendants, maintenance staff,and a pool supervisor who reports to Park and Recreation manager. The site occupies approx. half acre. All net earnings from fees, classes,snack bar proceeds are used to support swimming pool operation. Item 2b,2n,2s—Gymnasium,Community Center, Plaza These functions can be accommodated/accomplished by a single Gymnasium structure. A Gymnasium can support multiple sports including basketball,volley ball, badminton in the center open space.The perimeter can be partitioned into public community rooms for various activities.A plaza can be joined as a court yard to the building. Survey Item 4—Comments regarding current or future use Item 2a—First Responders, Fire Dept, Police,etc. These usually apply to mass events,e.g.July 4th Concert,etc. 15t Responders, Police, Fire Dept. should be deployed for the occasional events and occurrence, but not permanent. Item 2h,2i,21—Tennis Court,Sand Volley Ball Court,Dog Park These facilities already exist on site. They should be improved to working condition,though. For example,Tennis court should be oriented S-N, not E-W. (Volleyball court may be same) Any tennis player who visited the tennis court in the early morning or late afternoon had witnessed "sun in the eyes". But, maybe not for the casual players,just a thought.
