Improving existing amenities such as picnic to les, benches & trash/recycling The neighborhood in the Del Cerro Area is OVER inundated and overwhelmed with the sheer number of outside containers visitors coming into RPV and specifically into our neighborhood to visit the Portuguese Bend Reserve. RPV has seen an increase in crime over the last few years, and I feel that this Lowesttrort Highest Support No Opinion attraction can only exacerbate the situation. 2 3 4 5 0 We need to open upan entrance at the bottom of the trails near the south end to alleviate congestion in the Del Cerro p g neighborhood which is at the top of the trails. This makes much more sense for the hikers to have the entrance at the bottom of the trails where hikers can hike up and eventually come back down. A limited parking lot near the south end (bottom) of the trails would be helpful in alleviating the bottleneck congestion on top.
