Dear Client:
We would like to extend our 2010 FSA/HRA/T&P Annual Billing discount offer to you for another year. WW
assesses a minimum monthly charge for FSA/HRA/T&P administration,which is$150 per month or a total of
$1,800 for the year. In order to reduce time and expense spent by both you and WW,we make the following
offer:
• If you agree to pay your full annual FSA/HRA/T&P administration fee for 2010,we will give you a discount
of$100(about 5.5%). Your total administration fee will now be$1,700 instead of$1,800. In addition,if
payment is received before January 15,2010,we will also discount any amendment charges that may be
required due to legislative or plan changes next year by 20%.Typically,these fees range from$150-250
per amendment.
• In the event that your participant counts fluctuate during the year and move you from the minimum
monthly charge,we'll make an adjustment for the additional administration fees at year-end. Unless you
are having tremendous growth and are hiring consistently throughout the year,we don't anticipate much
fluctuation.
• If you would like to take advantage of this offer for next year,all you need to do is check one of the boxes
and sign the area below accepting this offer,and return this letter to our accounting department by
December 31,2009. We will then invoice you for the discounted annual amount. If you would like to pay
now,just send your check for$1,700 and your account will be credited.
