WW assesses a minimum monthly charge for FSA/HRA/T&P administration,which is$150 per month or a total of $1,800 for the year. In order to reduce time and expense spent by both you and WW,we make the following offer: • If you agree to pay your full annual FSA/HRA/T&P administration fee for 2010,we will give you a discount of$100(about 5.5%). Your total administration fee will now be$1,700 instead of$1,800. In addition,if payment is received before January 15,2010,we will also discount any amendment charges that may be required due to legislative or plan changes next year by 20%.Typically,these fees range from$150-250 per amendment. • In the event that your participant counts fluctuate during the year and move you from the minimum monthly charge,we'll make an adjustment for the additional administration fees at year-end.
