SUBJECT: Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement Between the City and
the Redevelopment Agency

all moneys received by the Authority, the Agency or the City 1111

paid to the Authority and deposited in the improvement fund to be
used for the purposes set forth in the Reimbursement and
Settlement Agreement. The agreement requires that a portion of
the moneys deposited in the improvement fund must be set aside

improvements installed and constructed pursuant to the
