The California Department of Fish and Game has received and reviewed the final monitoring
report for the mitigation site within the Chandler Preserve, in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes, per
Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification#R5-2001-0211. The construction portion of your project
was completed in 2002. A site visit was conducted on February 26, 2008 to review the site to ensure
the construction was completed as described in the*combed alteration agreement and to determine if
the mitigation,as defined within the streambed alteration agreement, has met the success criteria, as
well as the terms and conditions of our agreement The Department has determined, based upon this
Final Monitoring Report and the site visit,that the terms and conditions were met and that the
Department deems the mitigation to be successful.
The Department is closing Streambed Alteration Agreement#R5-2001-0211. We thank you for
