Cox Communications - Lease Agreement (Amendment Nos. 1-5) AMENDMENT NO. 5
TO THE LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES AND COX COMMUNICATIONS
FOR OFFICE AND STORAGE SPACE
The CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, hereinafter referred to as the
"Landlord," and Cox Communications, located at 43 Peninsula Center, Rolling
Hills Estates, hereinafter referred to as "Tenant," mutually agree to amend the
existing Lease Agreement, as follows:
1. Section 1(a)(3), Expiration Date, is hereby extended through March 15,
2002.
All other terms and conditions of the original lease agreement and amendments
shall remain the same.

AMENDMENT NO. 4
TO THE LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES AND COX COMMUNICATIONS
FOR OFFICE AND STORAGE SPACE
The CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, hereinafter referred to as the
"Landlord," and Cox Communications, located at 43 Peninsula Center, Rolling
Hills Estates, hereinafter referred to as "Tenant," mutually agree to amend the
existing Lease Agreement, as follows:
1. Section 1(a)(3), Expiration Date, is hereby extended through March 15,
2001.
All other terms and conditions of the original lease agreement and amendments
shall remain the same.

AMENDMENT NO. 3
TO THE LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES AND COX COMMUNICATIONS
FOR OFFICE AND STORAGE SPACE
The CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, hereinafter referred to as the
"Landlord," and Cox Communications, located at 43 Peninsula Center, Rolling
Hills Estates, hereinafter referred to as "Tenant," mutually agree to amend the
existing Lease Agreement, as follows:
1. Section 1(a)(3), Expiration Date, is hereby extended through March 15,
2000.
2. Section 3, Term, is hereby amended to include the following additional
sentence: "Either party shall have the right to terminate this Lease at any
time upon ninety (90) days advance written notice."
3. The last sentence in Section 5, Condition and Acceptance of Premises, is
hereby stricken in its entirety.
4. Section 10, Maintenance and Repairs, is hereby amended to include the
following additional sentence: "Any materials not stored inside the building
shall be kept in a neat and orderly manner to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works and shall be: 1) stored only inside the existing
outdoor fenced area; 2) kept inside enclosed storage containers, with the
exception of large spools of cable which shall be securely covered with
weatherproof tarps; and, 3) stacked no higher than the height of the
existing fence surrounding the outdoor area."
All other terms and conditions of the original lease agreement and amendments
shall remain the same.

AMENDMENT NO. 2
TO

FOR
OFFICE AND STORAGE SPACE
The CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES, hereinafter referred to as "Landlord", and
COX COMMUNICATIONS, located at 43 Peninsula Center, Rolling Hills Estates,
hereinafter referred to as "Tenant", mutually agree to amend the existing Lease
Agreement, as follows:
1. The period of the Agreement shall be extended through March 15, 1999.
All other terms and conditions of the original lease agreement and amendments shall
remain the same.

hereinafter referred to as "Tenant", mutually agree to amend the existing Lease
Agreement, as follows:
1. The period of the Agreement shall be extended through January 14, 1998.
All other terms and conditions of the original lease agreement and amendments shall
remain in same.
