hereby requests that lassorls consent to a sublease("Sublease")of a portion of Tenant's Premises by Tenant
to SpectraSite Holdings,Inc.or one of its subsidiaries("Subtenant"),it being understood that the Subtenant
may sublease or license space on the tower or on the premises for antennas and equipment shelters to
entities in the vonununioations industry. Please;note that this Sublease will not change or amend any terms,
covssnants,conditions or provisions of the lease,and that Tenant will continue to remain liable under tbo
Lease, Lessor/s do/es not hereby consent to any further sublease or transfer of the Lease.
