On the 16th day of February, 1988 Los Angeles SMSA Limited Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless
entered into a Building Lease Agreement with City of Rancho Palos Verdes for the use of the property
located at 30940 Hawthorne Blvd.,Ranch Palos Verdes,CA.
Pursuant to Paragraph 3B of the Agreement, this letter will serve as notification that we are exercising
our option to extend this Agreement for an additional term of 5 years from March 1, 2003 through
February 28,2008.
