This is in response to your letter of January 15, 2009 regarding the Building

Lease Agreement between the City and Edison dated July 1, 1994. The City

understands that Edison is exercising its option described in Section 3B of the
agreement to extend this lease under the same terms and conditions for one final
five ear period. Therefore, effective July 1, 2009, the lease will be extended to

June 30, 2014. Any request to further extend the agreement requires a written
request to be submitted at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date and
would be subject to review and action by the City Council.
