Dear Ms. Petru:
This letter shall serve as Southern California Edison Company's ("SCE") notice to renew
its option under section 3b of the attached Building Lease Agreement. SCE is exercising
the option for an additional five years. The building agreement is in connection with
SCE's communication site located adjacent to the City offices.
The new term will begin July 1, 2009. Please provide any paperwork SCE is required to
sign.
