Dear Mr. Cuthbertson:
This is in response to your letter of March 31, 2004 regarding the Building Lease
Agreement between the City and Edison dated July 1, 1994. The City
understands that Edison is exercising its option described in Section 3B of the
agreement to extend this lease under the same terms and conditions for an
additional five Y ear period. Therefore, effective July 1 , 2004, the lease will be
extended to June 30, 2009.
