SOFTWARE LICENSING GRANTED TO CITY
PVNET develops web-based applications upon request by the city of Rancho
Palos Verdes and in all cases grants the city of Rancho Palos Verdes full license
in perpetuity for use by the city.
As of 2012, custom applications thus far developed by PV net for use by the city
of Rancho Palos Verdes include but are not limited to the following:
Business license system
Archived Streaming video content and agenda linking system
Live streaming video system
Website interface and content delivery system
Breaking news and notification system
Listsery
inventory system
incident management system for EOC
GIS cluster mapping system for EOC
Non-emergency resident service request management system
Spotlight web information tool (website)
City news and events notification system (website)
PVNET grants to the City of RPV full use of these custom application without
limitation or restriction in perpetuity at no cost to the City or taxpayers and
agrees to indemnify the city for the custom ColdFusion program code developed
by PVNET within the custom programs.
