Subject: NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT
The subject of this notice is the Premises currently occupied by Palos Verdes on the Net's multimedia
and information technology center, known as the "Annex" (see attached drawing) located at 30940
Hawthorne Boulevard, Rancho Palos Verdes, California, 90275. On August 18, 2015,the City Council
directed staff to issue a notice of termination of lease, pursuant to Section 4 of said agreement, prior to
September 1, 2015.
To that end,this letter is to notify Palos Verdes on the Net("Tenant")that the City("Landlord"),
pursuant to the terms in the Lease Agreement entered into on June 20, 2006, is hereby delivering
written notice to Tenant to cease its occupancy and use of the Premises and to quit and deliver
possession of the Premises to Landlord on or before December 31, 2016.
You are obligated to comply with all provisions of the Lease until the final date of occupancy noted
above and to leave the Premises at the end of your tenancy in a clean condition and otherwise in the
same condition as when your lease of the Premises commenced. Any items left on the Premises at the
end of the Lease will be considered property of the Landlord, and any disposal cost will be billed to the
Tenant, unless prior written arrangements have been made with the City Manager, or his or her
designee.
The City appreciates and values the long-term relationship that has existed between the City and Palos
Verdes on the Net. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this transition. If you have any
