Fire Grazers Inc (2015) Third Amendment to Agreement between
the City of Rancho Palos Verdes and Fire Grazers Inc.
This agreement is the Third Amendment("Third Amendment")to the agreement for
fuel modification services between the City of Rancho Palos Verdes ("City") and Fire
Grazers Inc. ("Contractor"),dated June 15,2010("Agreement"). This Third Amendment is
effective as of July 1, 2015, and is being made to extend the term of the Agreement for one
year.
Section 1. Section 2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Term. This Agreement shall commence on July I, 2010 and shall terminate on June
30, 2016, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement."
Section 2. Except as expressly amended by this Third Amendment, all of the
other provisions of the Agreement, as previously amended by the First and Second
Amendments, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment as of
the date and year first above written.
