Los Angeles Conservation Corps (LACC) (2015) Third Amendment to Agreement between the City of
Rancho Palos Verdes
and the Los Angeles Conservation Corps
This agreement is the Third Amendment ("Third Amendment")to the as-needed
maintenance services agreement between the City of Rancho Palos Verdes("City")and
the Los Angeles Conservation Corps("Contractor"), dated June 1, 2010 ("Agreement").
The First Amendment,effective as of July 1,2013,extended the term of the Agreement for
one year, among other changes. The Second Amendment, effective as of July 1, 2014,
extended the term of the Agreement for one year,and modified the compensation clause.
This Third Amendment is effective as of July 1,2015,and is being made to extend the term
of the Agreement for one year.
SECTION 1. Section 2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Term of Agreement. The Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2010 and shall
terminate on June 30, 2016, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of this
Agreement."
SECTION 2. Except as expressly amended by this Third Amendment, all of the
other provisions of the Agreement, as previously amended by the First and Second
Amendments, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties hereto have executed this Third Amendment
as of the date and year first above written.
