BILLING. We ell invoice you for Supplies upon shipment of your order. The ctcargas for Maintenance
("EMA Charges") will commence: (I) for roweiypurchesed Equipment (is) vAlich is root s him -mile machine or
a Printer. from Inc date of installation IF applicable), or ten (10) days after shipment, or (b) which is a
facsimile machine ninety (90) days from either of such dates; or (c) which is a Printer erosive (12) months
