I have reviewed all relevant data from calendar year 1989 and
this year to date pertaining to the law enforcement service
level in the Tri-City Peninsula Region. In my opinion, the
service level for fiscal year 1989/1990 should be continued
into fiscal year 1990/1991.
It is my recommendation that the Cities make an official
request to Sheriff Sherman Block for the same level of law
enforcement services as is currently provided. A sample
letter to that effect is provided for your consideration.
If you wouldforward your request tome when ready, I will
see that it is delivered to the Sheriff ' s Contract Law
Enforcement Bureau.
