City of Rancho Palos Verdes and Great CleaningServices s Inc.
This agreement is the second amendment("Second Amendment")to the agreement
for custodial maintenance services between the Cityof Rancho Palos ("City")Verdes and
Great Cleaning Services, Inc. ("Contractor"), dated March 16, 2010Agreement"),

which was amended on March 16, 2013 to extend the term of the Original Agreement g g Bement to
June 30, 2014 ("First Amendment"). This Second Amendment is effective
as of April 16,
2014 and is being made to extend the term of the Agreement to June
9 30, 2015.
Section 1. Section 5 of the Original Agreement is herebyamended d to read as
follows:
"This Agreement shall commence on the day that it is executed, provided that
certificates of insurance are current
on that date, and shall terminate on June 30, 2015,
unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 8 of this Agreement. Thereafter, the

Agreement may be renewed for one (1) one-year period by mutual written agreement of
both parties."
Section 2. Except as expressly amended by this Second Amendment, all of
the other provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
