P.C. RESOLUTION NO. 88 - 13
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES AMENDING
P.C. RESOLUTION NO. 88-1 nunc pro tunc.
WHEREAS, the Rancho Palos Verdes Planning Commission, after
holding a public hearing on December 8, 1987, adopted P.C.
Resolution No. 88-1 on January 12, 1988; and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Rancho Palos
Verdes Planning Commission, that Section 1 of P.C. Resolution No.
88-1 does not reflect the intent of the action taken on December
8, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 1 of P.C. Resolution No. 88-1 shall read
as follows: That the proposed structure is not designed and
situated in such a manner as to minimize view obstruction in that
there are other design options to

and thereby altering the height measuring criteria.
Section 2: The Secretary of the Planning Commission is
hereby instructed to amend Section 1 of P.C. Resolution No. 88-1
accordingly.
