A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING
A MINOR REVISION TO TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP
NO. 17161.
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 17161 and Coastal Permit
No. 17 allowing the subdivision of an 87 acre site into three (3)
parcels was approved by the Planning Commission on November 12, 1985; and,
WHEREAS, a minor change in the boundary between lots two (2)
and three (3) to rectify the omission of Tract 22635 has been requested
by the property owner; and
WHEREAS, this approval requires no further action on Coastal
Permit No. 17; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed this request at a
public hearing on May 13, 1986, at which time all interested parties
were given an opportunity to be heard and present evidence.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES
DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the minor revision in the boundary between
lots two (2) and three (3) is necessary to acknowledge the existence
of a legally recorded tract (Tract 22635) that was inadvertently omitted
from the tentative parcel map approved by the Planning Commission.
Section 2: That the minor revision will not substantively alter
the map originally approved by the Planning Commission nor will it materially
affect the conditions on the original map approved by the Planning Commission.
Section 3: That the revised parcel map is consistent with the
General Plan.
Section 4: That the revised parcel map, because of the minor
nature of the revision, will not be materially detrimental to property
values, endanger or otherwise constitute a menace to the public health,
safety or general welfare.
Section 5: That the revised parcel map will not unreasonably
interfere with the free and complete exercise of any public utility
rights-of-way or easements.
Section. 6: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission
of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes does hereby grant approval of a minor
revision to Tentative Parcel Map No. 17161.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF MAY 1986.
