A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO PALOS VERDES RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF PREZONING
FOR AN AREA WITHIN LOS ANGELES CITY ALONG THE WEST SIDE
OF WESTERN AVENUE BETWEEN TRUDIE DRIVE AND CRESTWOOD
STREET AND ADOPTION OF THE FINAL NEGATIVE DECLARATION
FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT NO. 481.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing on this
matter on November 12, 1985 at which time all interested parties were given an
opportunity to be heard and present evidence.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
PALOS VERDES DOES HEREBY RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the area be prezoned Commercial General (CG),
Specific Plan District (SPD) to be consistent with the adjacent zoning within
the City of Rancho Palos Verdes.
Section 2: That a Final Negative Declaration be issued for this
project since it will not have a significant effect on the environment.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1985.
