A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO PALOS VERDES DENYING THE APPEAL OF TENTATIVE
PARCEL MAP. NO. 16748
WHEREAS, an appeal of the denial of Tentative Parcel Map No. 16748
has been filed, which would allow for the division of a 30,818 square foot
lot into three (3) parcels, located at 29002 Bayend Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this appeal at the
direction of the City Council at public hearings held on August 13 and 27,
1985, at which time all interested parties were given an opportunity to be
heard and to present evidence;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO PALOS
VERDES DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That a Negative Declaration was prepared on April 26, 1985
in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines and the
project is in accordance with same.
Section 2: That the site is not physically suitable to accommodate
three (3) lots in terms of the proposed layout and potential uses.
Section 3: For the foregoing reasons, the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Palos Verdes hereby denies the Appeal of Tentative Parcel Map
No. 16748.
